The Plan

Find out what's leaking, and what it's worth to close.

one leak, priced

Most stores don't have a hundred problems. They've got one, and they're usually busy fixing a different one. The Plan finds the real one, puts a dollar figure on it, and names the work that closes it.

Right now you're guessing which thing to fix.

You already know something's off. What you haven't got is the number that tells you which thing is costing you most, so every decision about where to spend is a feeling. We read your store, your traffic and your numbers, and we come back with one leak, priced. Not a list of a hundred things. One, with the maths shown, so you can decide what to do about it without taking our word for any of it. You get it written down, in order, ready to act on. Give it to a developer, give it to us, or work through it yourself. It's yours either way.

what lands

What lands

One problem, what it costs, and what to do about it.

  • Your leak, in dollars. What it's costing you a month and a year, worked out on your numbers.
  • The layer it's coming from. One of nine across traffic, conversion and retention.
  • The funnel that closes it, and what we'd expect it to be worth.
  • The order to do the work in, and the reason for the order.
  • What you don't need. We'll cross things off before we add anything.

// the guarantee

The risk sits with us.

If it doesn't find you a leak worth more than the Build costs, you don't pay for it, and you keep the Plan.

That's the whole thing. Nothing to read up on underneath it. We can write that because of who it turns away. If your store's too small for us to find eight and a half grand of annual leak in it, you shouldn't be buying a build from us yet, and we'd rather find that out on our time than yours.

how it runs

How it runs

You send us the store and the numbers

Traffic, orders, ad spend, email. Whatever you've got. If your tracking's a mess, say so, that's useful too.

We read it against the nine layers

We find where the money's actually going.

We price the leak

On your numbers, not a benchmark.

We tell you what to do, in order

Including the parts you don't need, and the parts you could do yourself.

the nine layers

Nine layers. One of them is yours.

Most audits hand you a flat list. The Plan sorts your store into the nine layers that actually move revenue and works them in order. Traffic first, because the wrong visitors break everything downstream. Then conversion. Then retention.

Traffic

Channel selection

Are you on the channels that match how people buy what you sell?

Traffic

Qualification

Are you paying for visitors who were actually looking, or just interrupting?

Traffic

Page handoff

Does the page match the promise that got them to click?

Conversion

Offer design

Does the value carry the price, or do you need a discount to sell?

Conversion

Page alignment

Is one page trying to serve cold, warm and hot visitors at once?

Conversion

Friction

Is there a specific doubt or obstacle between interest and checkout?

Retention

Segmentation

Are new, loyal and lapsed customers spoken to the same way?

Retention

Purchase loop

Is there a reliable reason and moment for the second order?

Retention

Trigger timing

Do people get brought back at the right time, or drift off quietly?

a real store, kept anonymous

They came to us sure they had a traffic problem.

Their returning-customer rate looked healthy, so nothing on the dashboard flagged it. They were losing 93% of their customers. A buyer who had returned again and again stopped, and nothing in the store noticed or asked why. The fix was never traffic and it was never ads. It was that nobody had built a reason to come back.

93% of customers were quietly slipping away
Retention the real leak, hidden in the data

where to start

Two ways in

Most people start with the Plan. You don't have to decide about the Build until you've seen what's in front of you.

The Build

$8,500

We close the leak. One buyer, one offer, one funnel, live on your store.

questions

Answered straight

What if I just want to build it myself?

Then do. Everything in the Plan is written to be executed, and it's yours. Plenty of people take it, do the work themselves, and come back when it's paid for itself. That's a good outcome, not a lost sale.

Do I need the Plan before a Build?

No, but almost everyone should have it. Without it we're guessing at what to build, and you're paying us to guess.

Is this just an audit?

No. An audit hands you problems. This hands you one problem, what it costs, and what to do about it. If you want a hundred-point checklist there are free ones, and we'd rather you used those than paid us for the same thing.

My tracking is a mess. Is that a problem?

It's common, and it's usually part of the finding. Tell us up front.

How is this different from the free Scan?

The Scan reads your public storefront and tells you which layer looks weakest. The Plan reads your actual numbers, prices the leak in dollars, and tells you what to do in what order. One is a signal. The other is a decision.

The guessing is the expensive part.

Not the fixing. Every quarter you spend not knowing which number is the one hurting you costs more than finding out ever will.
